ConflictCheck / Request received
Filed. We have your request.
Your message reached the intake desk and it is in the queue with a date and a number on it, which is roughly how we treat everything around here. Nothing else is required from you right now.
What happens next
Jimenez Julien reads every request personally, and you will have a written reply within one business day, usually the same afternoon Central time. If you asked for a demo, that reply will offer two or three twenty minute slots and ask one question: whether you would like us to run the demonstration against a copy of your own matter list or against our sample practice. If you asked for a quote, you will get the number and the assumptions behind it, not a discovery call.
Before we talk
It helps if you can find out how your client and matter list currently exports from whatever system you use, whether that is Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, Smokeball, an accounting file or a spreadsheet somebody started in 2014. You do not need to send it. Knowing the shape of it means we can spend the demo on your screening questions instead of on file formats.
If nothing arrives
Check the spam folder for a message from jimenezjulien42@gmail.com, since replies to law firm addresses sometimes land there. If it is still missing after a business day, write straight to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com and mention the practice name you entered on the form.
